We assess the site location, ground conditions, wind exposure, occupancy requirements, and duration of use. This information define every subsequent decision — fabric selection, structural geometry, anchoring method, and lead time planning.

Material selection and engineering layout:
Based on the site assessment, Shelter Tent FZE confirms fabric specification, frame section sizes, and anchoring design. Clients receive a clear material schedule before fabrication begins. For enclosed structures, PVC fabric from Mahler Germany is specified.

Fabrication, quality inspection, and transport preparation: Shelter Tent FZE fabricates tent structures in-house. Fabric panels are cut and assembled. Frame components are prepared and checked against specification. A quality inspection is completed prior to dispatch. Transport and logistics are coordinated directly by our team to ensure components arrive at site in sequence and on schedule.

Installation, anchoring verification, and client handover: Shelter Tent FZE installation teams manage erection, tensioning, anchoring, and installation of the steel pipes on site. Following completion, a formal handover inspection is conducted with the client. Engineering documentation, material certificates, and warranty records are issued as part of the standard project close-out package.
